Overiew of the WADF24 Refund Policy
Ticket Purchases: All ticket purchases made for the West African Design Forum 2024 (WADF24) are non-refundable, except as specified below.
Cancellation and Refund Request: If you need to cancel your ticket and request a refund, you must submit a written request to the organizers no later than 30 days prior to the event’s start date. Refund requests submitted within this timeframe will be considered.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen situations. Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the organizers retain the sole discretion to grant or deny refunds.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that WADF24 is canceled or postponed by the organizers, a refund policy will be determined and communicated to all ticket holders. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair resolution in such circumstances.
No-Show Policy: If a ticket holder does not attend the event without prior cancellation or refund request, no refund will be provided.
Modification or Substitution: Tickets are non-transferable. In the event that the ticket holder is unable to attend, no modifications or substitutions are allowed.
